meet the chef..

Vanvutay Keo
Vanvutay began his interest for career as a chef at the early age of 16. He studied in Paris and completed  his 4 year apprenticeship in France. He has worked in Italy and throughout Europe before traveling to Australia, working at some of Sydney's finest hotels including the Regent and joining Al Martinos, along side Chiarina, owner and menu director, ensuring the continuity of traditional Italian cuisine at its finest.
